Cramped Crafting Logo

This logo is based on a game concept a friend and I made called "Cramped Crafting". This factory game would be focused on a lack of space, with each challenge requiring rebuilding and restructuring. It would also take place in space, on a small moon or rock of some kind.
The logo was first made in Illustrator, to make the smooth yet warped shapes of each letter. I then exported the vector image as a much smaller raster image, and carefully edited the blurry edges between 3 colors (black, gray, and white). Lastly, I used a texture of the moon Europa, and masked it over the text. (The image was taken from https://www.flickr.com/photos/kevinmgill/53255790801).
