Starborne & Lovestruck Character Design

Starborne and Lovestruck are two original characters of mine, who have had various redesigns.
Lovestruck was originally acquired in an art trade, but I redesigned her in my own style.
Starborne is completely my original design.
They are good friends who met in college, and end up having an explosive breakup. Their story is about miscommunication, the queer experience of being unsure of your labels and feelings, and regret.
